The New Orleans Gathering is igniting a spiritual awakening in our region. Since 2007, thousands have gathered in prayer and fasting on behalf of our city, state and nation. These prayer gatherings have resulted in an unprecedented display of God’s power throughout the greater New Orleans area. Join with us in prayer this year and let your voice be heard!

A HEAVENLY IMPACT
In 2007, five-thousand saints of God gathered to pray for 8 hours at the Ernest Morial Convention Center. Their passionate prayers touched the heart of God and brought a Heavenly impact that birthed a new beginning for New Orleans. It was stated in The Times Picayune that a shocking event had taken place…NO MURDERS in the city for 5 consecutive days! This “Heavenly impact” began on the day of the prayer gathering.
For the past 9 years, the New Orleans Gathering has continued to unite Christians of all denominations through corporate prayer gatherings. Each year we have experienced a continued increase of God’s miraculous power. After last year’s prayer gathering in September, there were only 2 homicides in the city for the entire month of October! This year, we are expecting a greater Heavenly impact. We believe that God is preparing our city for a spiritual revival that will not only impact our city and state, but will affect our entire nation! America is in the midst of a great falling away from the core Christian values that were established by our founding fathers. If we, as Christians, do not pray and intercede for our land, what will become of the America that we love and cherish? Today we have an opportunity to leave a legacy for the next generation and generations to come…if we pray! Prayer will bring healing between the races; prayer will bring wisdom to our government; prayer will bring the lost out of darkness into the Light; prayer will replace hatred with love; prayer will bring restoration and unity to our divided nation. God is ready to act if we are willing to pray!
